Terms & Conditions — royalbd Player Agreement

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and royalbd ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Company") governing all access to and use of the royalbd platform, including its website, mobile browser interface, games, promotions, and customer support services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of royalbd, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

royalbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice displayed within the platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.1 Governing Language and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. The Platform serves players primarily located in Bangladesh and tailors its products and payment infrastructure accordingly. However, nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that the Platform is available in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing royalbd is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.

1.2 Service Availability

royalbd targets 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency infrastructure work, third-party provider outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. The Company will not be liable for losses arising from planned or unplanned downtime. Maintenance notifications are posted on the Platform's official channels in advance where operationally feasible.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to royalbd is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. royalbd is an adults-only platform and enforces this requirement without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gaming platforms is prohibited by local law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with royalbd or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or closed by royalbd for violations of these Terms.

2.1 Verification Documents

royalbd may request identity verification documents at any stage of the Player's lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, during a routine compliance review, or following a security flag. Accepted documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID): Bangladesh NID card (both sides) — primary preferred document.
• Passport: Valid Bangladesh passport (data page and photo page).
• Birth Certificate: Official Bangladesh birth registration certificate where NID or passport is unavailable.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 calendar days of the request will result in withdrawal suspension until documents are received and approved. Accounts that fail to complete verification within 30 days may be subject to closure at the Company's discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of royalbd services — including deposits, wagering, bonuses, and withdrawals — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number linked to your bKash or Nagad account.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on royalbd. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different mobile numbers, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. royalbd's fraud detection systems actively monitor for duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual will be suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be voided. In cases of deliberate multi-accounting for bonus abuse, the Company reserves the right to retain deposited funds pending a full investigation.

3.2 Account Accuracy and Updates

Players are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact information, residential address, or payment method details change, you must update your account profile promptly via the account settings section or by contacting support@royalbd. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your royalbd account credentials. royalbd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at support@royalbd. royalbd will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the Player's failure to maintain credential security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

royalbd supports the following payment methods for players registered in the Bangladesh market: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player's account within seconds of a confirmed transfer. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods. royalbd does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may be returned, with any associated winnings voided.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity documents approved) before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal amount varies by payment method and VIP tier.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement.
• Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be completed in full before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.
• royalbd reserves the right to conduct additional identity or payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes from approval. VIP Platinum members receive priority processing targeting completion under 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. All processing times are based on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

royalbd operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The Platform monitors all transactions for patterns consistent with money laundering, structuring, or fraud. Players whose transaction patterns trigger AML review may have withdrawals temporarily held pending enhanced due diligence. royalbd cooperates fully with lawful requests from regulatory authorities in connection with AML investigations.

5. Bonus Policy

royalbd offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general bonus terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by royalbd carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Unless a promotion page specifies otherwise, the following general rules apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times using real-money eligible game bets before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., live sports in-play markets, certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• If a Player attempts to withdraw before fulfilling wagering requirements, any outstanding bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated on the promotion page. Bonuses not completed within the time limit will expire and be removed from the account.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

royalbd takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms rather than for genuine entertainment purposes, collusion with other players to fulfil wagering requirements, and using a VPN or proxy to circumvent regional eligibility restrictions. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended.

5.3 VIP Programme Terms

The royalbd VIP programme operates across five tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Prestige. Tier assignment is based on cumulative wager volumes over rolling 30-day and 90-day periods as defined in the VIP programme terms. VIP tier cashback percentages, deposit bonus eligibility, and account manager access are as stated in the current VIP programme schedule, which royalbd reserves the right to update with 14 days' advance notice to affected players.

6. User Obligations

As a registered player on royalbd, you agree at all times to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and verification processes, and keep that information current.
• Use the Platform exclusively for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gaming.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and not share them with any other person.
• Refrain from using any automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other technology that artificially interacts with the Platform or its games.
• Refrain from attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit, or otherwise compromise the security, integrity, or fairness of the Platform or any game on it.
• Not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated wagering designed to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent house edge.
• Not use any VPN, proxy server, or IP-masking technology to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction or to claim bonuses not available in your registered region.
• Wager only funds that you can personally afford to lose, and seek help promptly if gambling begins to cause financial or personal harm.

6.1 Prohibited Content and Conduct

Players using any communication feature on the Platform (including live chat, support tickets, or community features) must not post, transmit, or distribute content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. royalbd reserves the right to remove any such content and suspend the associated account without notice or compensation.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

royalbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• The Player is under 18 years of age or has misrepresented their age during registration.
• The Player is found to hold more than one active account on the Platform.
• The Player's account activity triggers AML, fraud, or security alerts that require investigation.
• The Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any other behaviour that undermines the integrity of the Platform.
• Continued operation of the account would expose royalbd to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at support@royalbd. Before an account is closed, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, all completed wagering requirements will be honoured, and any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion, which suspends their account for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened, bonuses cannot be claimed, and the Player will be removed from promotional communications. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, royalbd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or wagered funds resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Errors or omissions in game content, odds, or promotional material that are corrected within a reasonable time of discovery.
• Decisions made by the Player in reliance on information provided on the Platform that proves to be inaccurate due to technical error.

8.1 Game Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction in any game — including disconnection during a live bet, display errors, or incorrect payout calculations — royalbd reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. This policy applies to all game formats including live casino, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets. Players will be notified of any malfunction affecting their account via email or in-platform notification within 48 hours of the issue being identified.

8.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the royalbd platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of royalbd or its licensed content providers. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any royalbd content without prior written permission. Game content remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.) and is used under licence.
